Ray Catena Motor Cars is committed to respecting the privacy of our clients, customers, and all website visitors. In order to provide you with the best possible service it may be necessary for us to store information about you. However, at our NY and NJ car dealers we only collect information that you choose to provide us. This information includes, but is not limited to your name, address, birth date, e-mail address, phone number, and sometimes, social security number.

If you choose to apply for a loan we may ask you to state financial information such as income history, amount and type of assets, liabilities, and marital status.

Sharing information with other companies

In order for our NY and NJ car dealers to provide the products and services which you may desire or to provide you with information about the products and services that Ray Catena Motor Cars offers, we may share certain information about you with affiliate companies such as automobile manufacturers or finance companies. Ray Catena Motor Cars may share your information with certain service providers in order to make a lending decision. We may also share personal information with state and federal regulatory agencies as we are required to do by law.

Removal from Ray Catena Motor Cars solicitations

If you are not a Ray Catena Motor Cars customer and you are on our mailing list or if you do not want information about the products and services Ray Catena Motor Cars NY and NJ car dealers can provide, you may want to discontinue receiving mail, e-mail or other solicitations. We respect your wishes and will remove you from our lists. Please send your name, email address, mailing address and phone number to Ray Catena Motor Cars at: 910 Route 1 North Edison, NJ 08817. Please specify that you want to be removed from mail, e-mail or telephone solicitation.

In the event you are removed from our lists, we still need to communicate with customers on a regular basis to notify them of service issues, or other items that may affect their relationship with Ray Catena Motor Cars.
