UPDATE MARCH 30, 2020

Dear Valued Ray Catena Guest,

At Ray Catena Auto Group, the well-being of our guests and employees are our highest priority.

Our showroom remains closed until further notice. However, we are still ready to provide you a great sales experience. We have adjusted normal operations where our Sales Team is working remotely and ready to assist you. We can delivery your vehicle safely right to your home. Or, schedule your delivery out of our Service Drive. Shop our inventory online to get started, and let us know if you have any questions.

Our service departments are open with reduced hours. The operating hours for our service will be from Mon-Fri 7:30am-6pm, and closed Sat & Sun. If you have any special needs or specific requests, please contact your service advisor and we will do our best to accommodate you during these times.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding and support as we continue to navigate this challenging and rapidly evolving situation. It is our commitment to you that we make every effort to do what is right for our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve.

UPDATE MARCH 22, 2020

All Ray Catena Auto Group Service Facilities will remain open with reduced hours, and continue repair operations as necessary. Reduced hours will be from 8:00am to 6:00pm. For a complete list of service departments, please click here.

All Ray Catena Auto Group sales showrooms are currently closed. Associates are prepared to assist with you vehicles needs from their home offices. We can answer any questions remotely. If you need specific information, please email info@raycatena.com and it will be dispatched to the appropriate personnel.

UPDATE March 18, 2020

In an effort to protect our customers and employees alike, Ray Catena Auto Group will be suspending all complimentary carwashes until further notice. We will continue wash vehicles that are in for scheduled service appointments. Furthermore, additional safety measures and procedures have been implemented when handling customer and loaner vehicles in our service departments. We are taking these increased precautions and adjusting our operations with everyone’s best interest in mind. Currently, all Ray Catena facilities are still operating under normal business hours.
