Audi already has multiple electric vehicles within their lineup that are worth getting excited about, and 2025 brings a new addition: the Audi Q6 e-tron. This luxury SUV makes its entrance in the new year as a middle-ground size between the Q4 e-tron and the Q8 e-tron. The Q6 e-tron looks like it can be an excellent addition to the 2025 Audi lineup, so let’s take a look at some of the details.
The Q6 e-tron comes in seven different packages, with these being:
With a few of these, the primary difference is simply that it is a Sportback body design. So, we won’t be breaking down all six options but rather the three primary trim packages and their features.
For the interior, you can exact all of the high-end luxury and elegant materials that Audi always delivers. From high-quality upholstery to tech-outfitted bells and whistles, the inside cabin is appealing no matter which package you choose.
The base model Q6 e-tron uses a single electric motor with rear-wheel drive. This setup offers up to 322 horsepower. Paying around $2,000 extra can bump you up to the e-tron Quattro, which offers a dual motor setup and bumps the horsepower up to 456. Both of these have decent base suspension, but it can be improved by choosing the optional air-spring suspension. The Q6 e-tron single motor will hit 0-60 in around 6.3 seconds and the dual motor in 4.9 seconds per Audi’s predictions.
For the top level of performance, you want the SQ6 e-tron, which delivers a whopping 510 horsepower and improved suspension tuning. Lastly, as far as the battery goes, the Q6 e-tron is equipped with a 94.4kWh hour battery. The EPA estimates this will offer 321 miles on a charge for the single-motor version and 307 miles on the dual-motor Quattro version.
The Q6 e-tron is covered in displays, with an 11.9-inch digital instrument gauge, a 14.5-inch infotainment screen in the center, and an optional 10.9-inch infotainment screen for the passenger.
Passengers will be able to stream video content on this screen, but the view will be obscured to the driver while in motion for safety. Additional tech options include a head-up display, navigation system with augmented reality, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system.
The Q6 e-tron comes with a host of excellent standard safety features, including:
Additional options include:
The Audi Q6 e-tron starts at $65,095 for the base Premium single motor package. This is an exciting addition to the Audi lineup and we have it here at Ray Catena ready for you to test drive. To learn more, head to RayCatena.com or head into your nearest Ray Catena Audi dealership.
