INFINITI Q50 Performance
As mentioned above, every trim level of the Q50 comes with a twin-turbo V-6. However, in the Luxe and Sensory packages, the engine delivers 300 horsepower, while the Red Sport 400 boasts a whopping 400 horsepower. Every trim level features a seven-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly with barely detectable transitions.
For the 0-60, you’re looking at around 5 seconds for the lower two trims, while the Red Sport 400 achieves it in around 4.5 seconds.
INFINITI Q50: Elegant Design
The Q50 may not have received many updates over the years, but it still offers elegant design points to keep it appealing. Inside the cabin, you’ll get quilted leather for a luxurious and eye-catching arrangement. On the exterior, sleek curves with barely any sharp edges make for a sporty look.
INFINITI Q50 Tech and Infotainment Outfit
The Q50 offers some novel features on the tech and infotainment side. The infotainment system features a dual-screen setup that allows users to display various apps on either the upper or lower screen. The top screen can be controlled by touch or using the control knob in the center console, while the bottom screen is only touch controlled. Additional tech features include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and an integrated Wi-Fi hotspot.
INFINITI Q50 Overview
With the 2024 Q50 not receiving any updates over previous years, it may be worth skipping this generation if you are looking to upgrade. However, if you are in the market for a luxury sedan in general, a pre-owned Q50 is an excellent option.
