Which Porsche Taycan is Faster?
Both Porsche Taycan models are high-performance luxury electric vehicles. No matter which one you choose, you are getting a car that offers a crisp, powerful driving experience. With that said, there are some slight differences in their performance specifications.
In terms of top speed, the standard Porsche Taycan sedan tops out at 143 MPH. The higher trim level Porsche Taycan Turbo GT can reach 190 MPH. The standard Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo has a top speed of 137 MPH. The highest trim level of the Cross Turismo, the Turbo S Cross Turismo, tops out at 155 MPH.
So, as you can see, the Porsche Taycan is slightly faster than the Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo. Higher-performance trims are available for both models, which can elevate the top speeds to even higher levels. Now, here is a look at some other performance specs on these two Taycan models.

The Porsche Taycan has a range of 274 miles, or 318 miles with Porsche’s Performance Battery Plus. With a standard battery, the Taycan sedan has a Level 2 charging time of 11.5 hours. It has a Level 3 DC Fast Charging time of just 33 minutes.
The Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo has a range of 277 miles. The battery can reach a full charge in 12 hours with a Level 2 charger, or 33 minutes using DC Fast Charging.
Acceleration
Both the Porsche Taycan and Taycan Cross Turismo can accelerate from 0-60 MPH in 4.5 seconds.
Horsepower
The Porsche Taycan sedan can generate up to 300 kW or 402 horsepower. The Taycan Cross Turismo offers slightly more power, at 320 kW and 429 horsepower.
