BMW i-Series Overview
BMW iX
BMW markets its X series of vehicles as SAVs, rather than SUVs. An SAV is built like an SUV, but with a more sports car-like driving experience.
The 2025 BMW iX xDrive 60 model offers superior range, while the M70 trades some range for a more powerful performance. In peak conditions, the 536 horsepower xDrive 60 can travel up to 364 miles on a single charge. The 650 horsepower M60 gets 303 miles on a full charge.
The BMW iX is equipped with all of the luxuries that drivers expect from BMW. For the cabin, consumers can choose between SensaTec or perforated leather seats. The iX also offers comfort in the form of a standard heating steering wheel and heated front seats and armrests.
Staying connected in the iX is very easy, with wireless connectivity, Apple CarPlay and the full suite of BMW ConnectedDrive services.
BMW i4
The BMW i4 also comes in two models, one equipped for long range driving, and the other equipped with a stronger powertrain. The BMW i4 eDrive 40 is a long-range model, getting up to 318 miles on a single charge. The eDrive 40 can reach a charge status of over 90 miles in just 10 minutes using a DC Fast Charger.
The BMW i4 M50 delivers up to 536 horsepower and is capable of traveling 227-267 miles on a full charge.
Like the iX, the BMW i4 offers a wide range of connectivity features. Every i4 model can be equipped with 5G capabilities.
In the i4, you can find a large 15-inch information display touch screen mounted on the center dashboard. This screen gives you access to entertainment, navigation, diagnostics, and more.
Like all BMW vehicles, the i4 is equipped with industry-leading safety features. Lane departure warning, parking assist, and frontal collision warning are all available on the BMW i4.
BMW i7
The BMW i7 is available in i7 eDrive50, i7 xDrive60, and i7 M70. The i7 eDrive50 has a fully-electric range of 301-314 miles. The 449 horsepower sedan can go from 0-60 in 5.3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 127 MPH.
The i7 takes a minimalist approach to its luxury design on both exterior and interior. The i7 is available in 14 different colors, with an array of other features to choose from as well.
The cabin is one of the most spacious available in any LEV sedan on the market. In fact, the rear row of seats has up to 42.8-inches of legroom, more than an inch greater than the front row seats. Every seat in the i7 is both heated and ventilated, maximizing comfort even more.
One of the most striking features available in the i7 is the rear 31-inch BMW theater screen. This screen provides high-resolution entertainment for your passengers in the back, making it one of the most unique luxury vehicles anywhere.
The BMW i7 is also equipped with an array of charging stations, wireless capabilities, and BMW’s full suite of advanced safety and driver assistance features.
